To purchase tickets to the Holiday Formal online, please fill out the form below. Please note that member names
must be provided in order to receive discounted tickets for members. CTYL will then verify membership of all discounted tickets, and send an ebill for payment via PayPal. Tickets will be issued once payment in full is received, except that tickets purchased after November 15, 2007 will be held at the event for pick-up.
